Perfect!!!

Everything was perfect. Very bright apartment, clean and fresh with everything you need. The location is great, close to supermarkets, attractions and to the Museum Quarter. We had a late night check in and late check out which the hosts kindly allowed us. Thank you

no elevator to this specific floor and it may be a bit hard with a stroller and small kid. For us it wasn't a problem, just for future guests to keep in mind :)

Artsy spot in a historic building

Great location in the heart of Vienna and a very spacious apartment. Great amenities include a washing machine right in the apartment (not shared) and a big comfortable bed. I loved the artistic decor of this place - it feels like you are staying at the artists' house—so much character, and quite romantic. It also has a separate living room, so if you have visitors, they are not sitting in your bedroom. Vienna's famous Naschmarkt is right across the street, with plenty of choices for great restaurants and places to drink. Public transportation is also close and accessible.

We were staying here with a 1-year-old child, and a stroller was not very easy to maneuver in the historic elevator. The hosts gave us great instructions on how to use it, but every day, leaving and returning to the apartment with a stroller was an adventure. I assume it would be similar if you were in a wheelchair. The apartment is historic and beautiful but quite old. The only indeed renovated part is the bathroom. There was no air conditioning in the summer. We were given some electric fans, which did the trick at night, but during the day in summer, it was pretty toasty. If you travel by car and want to park close to the apartment, be prepared to pay around 40 euros a day unless you research and book long-term parking in advance.

The property was high quality and in a superb location, 5 mins walk to the Naschmarket etc...

The location and the actual apartment was superb. Very spacious apartment, especially we were two people in each neighboring apartments. Superb facilities inside apartment. Yes, it was end of July and a hot summer, and there's no air-conditioner that we could detect. But still, the apartments were cool in the mornings and evenings/night. (we don't know in the afternoon since we were always out). They provided large floor fans which was cool enough for us. As a bonus, there is a restaurant, Ludwig Van, just around the corner, that is well worth dining in. Finally, they were very kind to accommodate our family for a late check out and allowed us to visit a few more sites prior to our departure.

Great location, spacious apartment, slightly less generous than 1-bedroom apartments from "6 rooms".

Location, room size and height, decor, also the antique lift.

This is our 4th visit. The last 3 times we were on the 3rd floor in different 1-bedroom apartments, this time on the 4th floor in a 2-bedroom apartment with the same high expectations. Sadly, it was not quite at the same level of generosity and grandeur as the original apartments on the 3rd floor, particularly the living area felt smaller, less spacious and the decor somewhat less classy. Still, overall deserving of high marks and we will come back, providing we can be back on the 3rd floor.

Accommodation is excellently located with easy access to underground/trams and bus.Apartment is well equipped and spacious,suited to two adults.Local restaurants and groceries easily accessible.Museum Quarter within walking distance .Property owners easily accessible and accomadating.

Nothing springs to mind,other than steps up to apartment might be difficult for persons of limited mobility.

great stay; highly recommend this fantastic spot.

Open, airy and lots of space - this is a great spot. We loved our stay here with the kids. they have a great kitchen though there’s not a lot of extras. coffee in every am bc they had pods. laundry was a plus with a machine machine and pods on site. hung clothes to dry was fast bc of the great air through the corner apartment. we loved this place. location was good but not great; we still give this a 5 however and would stay here again.

Fantastic location for a longer weekend, direct and quick contact with the manager, always willing to help and communicate. We could check in 5 hours before the official incheck! Without any extra costs, we could also check out later if necessery. No extra costs as well! Modern, clean, well designed, well equiped, anything you can imagine is present at the appartment. Spacious but cosy, modern interiour with a lot of good taste. All in all: you get what you pay for. Worth every euro we paid for.

The location is great! All major attractions are within 10-15 minute walk so we did not have to use public transportation. Good check-in instructions thru email went smoothly. Very roomy. A washer in the bath room is helpful.

It did not have an elevator to the apartment level, so we had to carry two heavy pieces of luggage up. The toilet is separated from the bath room.

The building was old and buetifull. The apartment was well equipped and the design was very nice. .

We were a family with teenagers,boy and girl, so we thought that one of them will sleep in the living room, but the couch was not suitable for sleeping
